–Most work is intuitive and/or “trial and error”  

–Plan an hour set-up and 1/2 hour pack-up  

–Plan 2 hours shooting for one scene 5 minute video  

–Initially, adult volunteers – at least 2  

–Train the youth to take over more and more  

–Learn as you go – Learn from mistakes

–Before breaking down the set, record some:  

•Outtakes  

•Sound effects
